Partiamo da un blocco di noce europea massello, scelto per la densità e la ricchezza delle venature, e lo lavoriamo interamente a tornio manuale.
Il risultato è un oggetto solido, materico, che trasmette la nobiltà del legno vivo.
Il design è caratterizzato dall'applicazione di dettagli floreali in ferro, forgiati e dipinti a mano
Questo inserto metallico crea un contrasto netto con la calore del legno, rendendo l’opera un esemplare unico, non replicabile in serie.

We start from a block of solid European walnut , chosen for its density and rich grain, and we work it entirely by hand.
The result is a solid, material object that conveys the nobility of living wood .
The design is characterised by the application of hand-painted figurative iron grafts .

This creation represents a pure expression of signature design, where nature meets sculptural vision.
The central body is carved from a select specimen of European walnut burl, a rare and sought-after wood, crafted by subtraction to reveal organic and dynamic forms that make the work unique and impossible to replicate.
The wooden surface is defined by a finish of overlapping brushstrokes in dark walnut, a tone-on-tone technique that gives a three-dimensional chromatic depth, enhancing the complex knots of the burl without ever covering its core.
The work's crowning glory is a metal appliqué reminiscent of a hibiscus flower, precision-forged and finished with micaceous bronze brushstrokes. This unique process creates a tactile and visual texture that interacts with light, imparting warm, iridescent metallic reflections.
